These terms apply when you use the AbleToolkit website and any products you buy from us. AbleToolkit is operated by Jerel Crockett. By using the site or a product, you agree to what follows.
When you buy an AbleToolkit product, you receive a personal, non-exclusive licence to use it in your own music production. You may install it on the machines you personally use.
The products, the AbleToolkit name and marks, and the content on this site belong to AbleToolkit. Buying a licence does not transfer ownership of the software itself. "Ableton" and "Ableton Live" are trademarks of Ableton AG; AbleToolkit is an independent developer and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Ableton.
Each product lists the Ableton Live versions and components it needs. Some products require Ableton's Beta channel or Max for Live. It is your responsibility to confirm compatibility before purchase. Software that depends on beta features may change as those features change.
Our products are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AbleToolkit is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the products or website. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
Paid products are covered by our refund policy.
We may update these terms from time to time. The date above shows the latest version.
