AbleToolkit products are digital downloads. Because you get immediate access to the software the moment you buy, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds once a purchase is complete.
If a product is faulty, doesn't work as described, or you were charged in error, contact us through the support page and we'll make it right, including a refund where one is required. This policy does not limit any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
Products that are not yet for sale (currently Soul Keys and Anvil) involve no payment, so there is nothing to refund.
